Description
A traditional whisky cocktail with bitters, soda water and a simple orange garnish. Serve in a tumbler with plenty of ice

Ingredients
1 Sugar cube
1/2 Teaspoone water
4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
2 Ounces bourbon whiskey
Ice cubes
Orange peel
Cocktail cherry
Blipheart Smoketop
Instructions
Place sugar cube, Angostura Bitters, orange peel and cocktail cherry in a glass. Smoke twice, 2 minutes each. Remove the orange peel and cherry, then add the water and stir to mostly dissolve the sugar. Add the bourbon, swirl to combine, then cool it with a large ice cube. Squeeze the orange peel into the drink, rub the rim of the glass with the peel, and add it to the drink. Garnish with a cocktail cherry. Smoke again for 2 minutes, release the smoke, and serve.
