Description
A strong cocktail with slight bitterness and some herbal undertones from the bitters and vermouth.
Ingredients
2.5 oz rye whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth
dash Angostura bitters
cocktail cherry, for garnish
ice

Instructions
Combine the rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake or stir. Fill your smoke infuser with the wood of your choice. Place the smoke infuser in a martini glass with a cocktail cherry. After the smoke fills the glass, strain the cocktail into the glass. Enjoy
